The McLaren F1 - NOT the 'New' car for sale - we're not allowed to show that picture! But with only 64 road cars made (plus the handful of LM models – which would set you back considerably more), and the ability to stand shoulder to shoulder with the modern ‘Best Car in the World’ title holder – the Bugatti Veyron – it should be no surprise that they fetch such high prices. And if any more McLaren F1s set on fire, as we reported recently, the ones left will all go up in value.

In an own goal for taste, Chelsea FC manager Jose ‘Special One’ Mourinho has joined a joint project with tuning firm Mansory and self-styled high society club Raff House to create a new supercar. The finished car, of which just eleven will be made (accept no substitutes) is designed to ‘unite the best of Ferrari and Aston Martin’, according to the promotional literature. A single teaser image has been revealed, showing a carbonfibre-bodied coupe with vertical exhaust outlets and faintly McLaren 12C-esque rear lights.
Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse
With the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse now officially launched at the Geneva Motor Show, Bugatti has released new pictures and specs for the Vitesse. A ‘new’ Bugatti Veyron is a ridiculously common event for a car that is made in very small numbers. But almost all the new Veyrons we see are actually just cosmetic jobs on the regular Veyron, rather than a new variant.
